These lids are made of polypropylene (PP), which means it has a high heat tolerance level and an excellent resistance to fatigue. This closure can accommodate pressure sensitive or induction seals, depending on your product, which will create an airtight seal for shipping when the lid is securely screwed on to the container.

Note: these lids are intended to go with plastic jars only, and are not recommended for glass jars.
