Our commitment to you is to work with you and your team to develop the best quality and most beautifully packaged products taking into consideration your branding, strategy, order size and budgets. Timing
If you are placing your first order, please allow 4-6 weeks for product delivery. While we focus on fast turnaround times for services, this allows us time to work with you on product selection and labeling. Also, due to the organic and natural ingredients of our products, they are made fresh to order, to provide you and your clients with adequate shelf life.
Set Up Fees
$45 per product type. This includes the setup and testing of labels (although does not include the design) and sourcing of packaging and any non-stock scents. This amount is a one-time charge, is payable at the start of the project and is non-refundable.
Minimums
Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 50 units. Just keep in mind that the more you order the more you save!
Shipping
We ship globally! If you are having your products shipped to an international destination and want to ensure lowest shipping cost, we recommend that you contact your shipping supplier to pick up your purchases from us. If you prefer to use one of our suppliers, we will provide you with a quote once we confirm your order. Shipping and handling charges are in addition to prices quoted on our pricing schedules. Please note, if you are having us ship to a destination outside of the US or Canada, it is essential that you check with your local authorities to make sure you can legally import skin care products, including samples. We cannot be responsible if your products are delayed or refused by customs in your country.
Taxes and Duty
Applicable taxes and duty are in addition to prices quoted on our pricing schedules. The customer is responsible for the prompt payment of any applicable taxes and/or duties. Failure to promptly pay these taxes and/or duties will result in a total loss of the order with no refund granted.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchases, however, due to the customized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. All purchases are final sale. We offer samples of all of our products and fragrances – we encourage you to try them out prior to purchase!
Damages/Claims
Any damages caused during the shipping of the products must be reported to the carrier and Pravada within 7 days of shipment receipt.
Payment
We accept cheques (upon approval), Visa, Mastercard and American Express (in the US only). We require payment of all setup fees and 50% of the product costs at time of order. Please note that if you decide to pay by cheque, we must receive the cheque prior to the start of production of your products. The remaining 50% will be due prior to shipping.
Labeling
Pravada advises each of our customers to follow the lawful and responsible practice of complying with federal, provincial, state, and local cosmetic labeling laws and regulations. While we will assist you in this area, you are responsible for final copy and design of your label.
Samples
We encourage you to sample our products! Each of our products comes sample packaged (in either 1 or 2 oz sizes depending upon the product) for $3.95 each. These can be ordered through our website or by phone or email request at the contacts below

We collect information from you when you place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to?keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
