Our private label skin care and cosmetics clients are vast and varied from spas to online retailers. We cannot reveal any client names, as they are private and confidential.

As our clients are private and confidential, we do not allow any tours of our manufacturing facility. However, you may visit our beautiful showroom, but by appointment only.

Yes, our SDS and ingredient lists can be found on our website. Other required documentation can be requested through your project consultant.
Yes! Whether you design your product labels with us or independently, we’ll help ensure they meet U.S. regulatory standards. For international markets, we have experience supporting clients who ship worldwide and can provide general guidance, but we strongly advise you seek third-party consult.
Yes, we specialize in premium clean beauty. Many of our formulations are vegan and contain organic ingredients.

No, Pravada is proud to be cruelty-free! We never test our finished products on animals. In addition, we work closely with our suppliers to ensure that all ingredients are sourced responsibly, cruelty-free, and aligned with ethical standards.
While we cannot remove an ingredient from stock products we may, however, be able to add an ingredient post production. Please contact info@pravada.com or a project consultant for more details.
Yes! Our team of in-house chemists can partner with you to develop a completely custom formulation tailored to your brand. Minimum order quantities (MOQs) for custom formulations start at 2,500 units. Please contact your Project Consultant for full details.

Please be aware that adding fragrance to a product may change the color of the base product at time of blending or it may change slightly over time as the product ages. The addition of fragrance may also impact the viscosity of the product.
We can provide both COA and SDS sheets for your products. However, this must be requested at the time of order placement. If you wish to have these documents customized with your company name and logo, there will be a service charge for each sheet per product. Custom COAs are free of charge if your order is over 5 gallons per product. Contact your project consultant for more information.
Yes! You’re welcome to supply your own packaging for us to fill with a minimum order of 250 units. We ask that you provide samples in advance so we can confirm compatibility with both the formula and our filling equipment.
Yes! We offer a wide range of packaging options designed to support both your branding and sustainability goals. Many of our glass and plastic containers are recyclable through most local programs, making them an eco-friendly choice. If you prefer, we can also fill client-supplied sustainable or custom packaging.
Yes! We follow clean beauty standards set by leading retailers like Sephora, Whole Foods, and Credo to ensure our formulations meet industry expectations. We can customize formulas to exclude specific ingredients, creating products that align with your brand’s standards.
Orders
Our facilities can accommodate orders as small as 50 units per product. We do not have any restrictions on maximum order sizes; however, lead times may vary depending on quantity ordered. There is no minimum for bulk purchases on our wholesale site, Pravada Beauty Labs.

Yes, you will be assigned a dedicated project consultant who will serve as your primary point of contact at Pravada. They will assist you with answering questions, processing orders, and guiding you through the private label process to ensure your brand’s success.

Bulk products are purchased in 32oz, 1 gallon, 5 gallon, or 55 gallon generic plastic containers. They are generally used for back bar or filling your own orders. Retail size orders are custom packaged and labeled per your requirements.
As we have over 300 formulations to choose from, this answer will depend on your target market. Our team of project consultants will help identify the best sellers for you.
Our typical lead times are 6-8 weeks for new orders and 3-6 weeks upon order approval and receipt of deposit. Lead times may vary depending on order size, the time of year, product, and packaging availability. If we can fulfill an order sooner, we will!

If our packaging options do not meet your requirements, you are more than welcome to supply us with the packaging of your choice (minimum order quantity of 250 pieces). Please contact your Pravada Project Consultant for details on this option.
International Clients
Pravada products are manufactured in compliance with U.S. cosmetic regulations. We do not provide customs clearance or act as an importer of record. Because each country has its own requirements, it is the brand owner’s responsibility to understand and comply with local regulations. We can provide standard U.S. documentation (such as Safety Data Sheets and Certificates of Analysis), but any additional paperwork, testing, or certifications must be requested in advance of your order deposit. Additional fees may apply.
Our formulations are developed to meet U.S. standards and often align with international ingredient restrictions. However, selling in global markets (EU, UK, Canada, Australia/New Zealand, Asia, Middle East) requires additional steps such as local registration, appointing a Responsible Person, and providing documentation (e.g., PIFs, safety assessments, product notifications). Pravada does not provide these services automatically; it is the brand owner’s responsibility to arrange the necessary paperwork and local representation.
In addition to product and shipping costs, international clients should budget for:
- Import duties, VAT, or local taxes
- Regulatory consultant or Responsible Person fees
- Registration, testing, or translation costs required by your country
- Fees for additional documentation requested from Pravada
- The Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP) is the system where cosmetics must be registered before being sold in the EU. The UK uses a similar system called the SCPN following Brexit.
- A Responsible Person is an individual or company located in the EU or UK who is legally responsible for product compliance, safety, and communication with authorities.
Note: Pravada cannot act as your Responsible Person. Clients must appoint their own, typically through a regulatory consultant or distributor.
Production & Timelines
For private label orders using stock formulations, the standard launch timeline is 6–8 weeks, with graphic design typically being the most time-consuming phase. Reorders are generally faster, taking 4–6 weeks. Semi-custom or fully custom formulations may require additional time depending on the scope of the project.
We do our best to accommodate rush requests when possible. However, because GMP manufacturing involves many required steps, expedited production cannot always be guaranteed. If you have an urgent need, please discuss it with your Project Consultant and we’ll explore the best options available.
For private label orders, sampling is completed before your order is placed. Semi-custom samples are typically ready within 2–4 weeks. Full custom sampling timelines vary depending on the scope of the project and ingredient sourcing needs.
Yes! We can ship orders to multiple locations. Please share the details with your Project Consultant when placing your order so we can plan accordingly.
We certainly can. We have several Graphic Designers on staff. We charge $400.00 for logo design and $450.00 for label design. This is a one-time charge for all of your products for now and in the future, unless you decide to modify your designs. Alternatively you can supply us with your own designs. Label templates will be provided once your order has been approved.
Yes, we do! There is a minimum of 1000 pieces per product per packaging.
We provide vinyl water resistant labels on a 4 color printing process. If you have a specialty label design, such as metallic ink, clear or foil, etc., we can provide you with a quote from an outside printer.
We offer professional digital rendering services that start at $150 per image.
We do not provide retail pricing strategy support, as every brand’s costs, positioning, and target market are unique.
Yes, we have many international customers and are very experienced in shipping worldwide. We work with trusted carriers to ensure your products arrive safely and efficiently, but it’s important to note that customs duties and regulations vary by country.
No, we do not offer dropshipping services; however, we can ship your products to a fulfillment center such as Amazon or another distribution hub. From there, you can coordinate direct shipments to your customers.
Shipping costs and timelines depend on several factors, including the destination country, shipping method chosen, order size, and weight. We provide detailed shipping quotes during the ordering process, and typical timelines range from a few days for domestic shipments to several weeks for international orders, depending on the carrier and customs clearance. Consult with your project consultant for more information.

Reorders & Ongoing Support
Yes! All of your formula and design details are securely saved in your brand profile and will be available for reorders at any time.
Yes! Changes to packaging or design can be made at the time of reorder. We encourage a test-and-learn approach to help your brand evolve and grow.
We maintain adequate stock of our standard packaging and have on-site label printing capabilities. However, we are unable to store client-supplied packaging or labels.
Payments & Policies
We accept all major credit cards, as well as ACH transfers and checks.
Yes. All private label orders require a 50% deposit upfront. The remaining balance, including shipping costs, is due at the time of shipment.
Orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once placed.
Please notify us immediately if any items are damaged in transit. Claims must be submitted to the shipping provider within 7 days, including photos of the damage. Once approved, we will replace the damaged items for you.
Additional Questions
Yes. While Pravada is already registered as a facility under MoCRA, each cosmetic product must also be listed at the brand level. We offer MoCRA product registration services for clients who would like assistance with this process. Please note: registration is not required for small businesses with less than $1 million in annual U.S. cosmetic sales (averaged over three years).
No. Pravada is not an OTC manufacturer and does not produce drug products such as sunscreens, acne treatments, or medicated items. If your business requires OTC products, you will need to work with a licensed OTC facility.
We provide standard U.S. cosmetic documentation, including Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Certificates of Analysis (COA), and ingredient information. Additional documents required by your importing country must be requested in advance and may incur fees. For complete compliance abroad, we recommend working with a regulatory consultant in your target market.
