Our Semi-Custom program lets you enhance our existing, lab-tested base formulations with one or two ingredient additions, creating a product unique to your brand. With a one-time development fee of $350 and a minimum order of 250 units, it’s the most efficient path to personalization.

Questions About Our Semi-Custom Program?
The one-time development fee covers the review of your selected base formulation, R&D evaluation of your proposed additions, and the creation of a custom lab sample for your approval. Once finalized, the formula moves directly into full-scale manufacturing.
The full process typically takes 8 to 12 weeks, including formulation review, sample creation, your approval window, and full production. Timelines can vary slightly depending on the complexity of your additions and packaging readiness.
The standard MOQ is 250 units per SKU. This quantity applies when working with a formula we already carry in stock. For more extensive customization, or when adjustments to existing formulas are required, higher MOQs may apply.
In addition to the base formulation price, there will be a per-unit fee that reflects the cost of the additives and any adjustments needed during production. This pricing is finalized once your selected ingredients and formula are approved by our R&D team.
For our Semi-Custom program, additions can be made but ingredients cannot be removed. For larger MOQs, our R&D team may be able to accommodate more complex adjustments on a case-by-case basis.
